These Terms of Service govern the provision of services, info products, and goods by BalancePro Services through the website at balprohub.com.

1. Services

BalancePro Services delivers professional bookkeeping, tax preparation, and consulting. Services are provided as described on our site or in service agreements.

Scheduling and Delivery: A schedule will be agreed upon. You may request to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the start time at no extra fees.

No-Refund Services: Custom advisory packages or fixed-fee engagements with deliverables already provided are not eligible for refund since resources and time have been fully committed.

2. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, templates, and training courses offered by BalancePro Services. Once accessed or downloaded, these items are non-refundable due to immediate availability of content.

3. Goods

Goods consist of physical items such as printed manuals or branded materials. All goods must be unused and in undamaged packaging to qualify for refund.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Service Refunds

If a service is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you may choose either:

Requests made less than 48 hours before the start are not eligible for refund as preparations are complete.

4.2 Info Product Refunds

Digital items may be refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. To request a refund, contact us with your order details.

4.3 Goods Refunds

Physical goods may be refunded within 30 calendar days if unused and in undamaged packaging. Shipping back unused items is your responsibility unless the item is defective. Once received and inspected, the fee will be refunded within 14 business days.
